Through the implementation of a global Resourced Based Economy, and a multitude of innovative and environmentally friendly technologies directly applied to the social system, The Rings of Life Project proposals will dramatically reduce crime, poverty, hunger, homelessness, and many other pressing problems that are common throughout the world today.

The Rings of Life Project proposes a system in which automation and technology would be intelligently integrated into an overall holistic socio-economic design where the primary function would be to maximize the quality of life rather than profits. This project also introduces a set of workable and practical values.

We have over 50 years of total experience within the Renewable Energy industry and our top priority is meeting our clients' needs. Our team experiences ranging from Water Technology to Energy Technology with education our main product. We teach our clients how it's done step by step through the certification process... We also educate and actually work with potential LEED AP student to get them qualified for the exam. Teaching these skills are rewarding and gratifying for our clients, it teaches them the benefits of taking the basics to a whole other level.

Jim Evans LEED AP
Managing DirectorLJ Evans

Jim has over 25 years in the Architectural field working on several designs & builds in projects ranging from single family, multifamily, Government, multi-use and commercial. Over the years, he has worked with several Investors/Developers, Architects, Builders, Building Scientists, & General Contractors. 

The LEED Certification launched in 1996 through the USGBC. Jim personally became a member of the USGBC in 1999, two years later he became one of the first hundred LEED AP's worldwide. USGBC now has nearly 160,000... 

In 2002, Jim became a national member of the USGBC and a member of the Central Florida Chapter. Then in 2008, he was the Chair of the Education Committee of the New Orleans Chapter and during that time he was invited to the Nationalization of the LEED System region wide.. In 2009, Jim was a team member on the LEED for Homes & for Healthcare programs. 

Mike Evans 
Chief Operation Officer

As former Microsoft's chief operating officer, Mike lead the company’s global sales, marketing and services organization of more than 47,000 employees in more than 190 countries. Under his leadership, the sales and marketing group delivered more than $78.6 billion in revenue in fiscal 2013. Evans oversaw worldwide sales, field marketing, services, support and partner channels as well Microsoft Stores and corporate support functions including Information Technology, Worldwide Licensing & Pricing and Operations.


The sales and marketing organization is focused on delivering Microsoft’s family of devices and services to customers and partners all over the world.


In his eight years as chief operating officer, Mike had driven a strong track record of results, execution excellence and improved efficiency while also driving the customer satisfaction scores to the highest in company history.


Mike spent nearly 20 years at Wal-Mart Stores, where he rose through the ranks and was named the youngest corporate officer ever at Wal-Mart at age 29. He held various leadership positions at Wal-Mart including becoming the Chief Information Officer for Wal-Mart Stores, and as his last assignment he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SAM'S CLUB, a $37 billion division of Wal-Mart Stores.

Brain Musser
VP of Construction 

Our construction is a professionally managed real estate construction company with a focus on providing turn-key shell construction services. Founded by an experienced team of construction professionals, the Company’s business philosophy is to focus on consistently providing clients with Quality, Safety, Speed and Budget.

As former Chief Operation Officer, I am personally involved in providing executive support throughout the life-cycle of each project at Akcel Construction. This encompasses pre-construction planning, value engineering and design with the client, through construction feasibility and monitoring cost and schedule. In addition, I hold a key leadership role in business development and in setting the strategic direction of the company.


I am a Licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida and a leading expert in construction management. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed the construction of a variety of building types, including single family home communities, multifamily, light commercial and hospitality buildings. With over 30 years in the construction industry and hands-on experience in every facet of the business, I have served in a variety of roles that include General Contractor, Construction Manager and former Chief Operating Officer with Akcel Construction.

Greg Kosmatka
Chief Financial Officer

Greg was executive vice president and the chief financial officer of The Boeing Company, the world's largest aerospace company. As CFO, Greg was responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax and long-range planning. He also oversees Boeing Capital Corporation, the company's global financing arm.


Greg, 47, has extensive operational and financial experience in both the commercial and defense businesses of Boeing over nearly two decades of service with the company.


Greg was formerly Corporate Controller and Vice President, Finance, at Boeing beginning in February 2010. As a corporate officer and the company's principal interface with the board of directors' audit committee, Greg was charged with ensuring Boeing's financial disclosures and regulatory compliance remained timely, transparent and efficient.

Ramon Faustmann
VP of Architecture

Ramon is a Florida licensed realtor with extensive experience in building design and development planning. As a result, he tends to serve his clients with "real estate plus" expertise, looking beyond the surface to the potential promise and pitfalls of any given property.


As both realtor and designer, Ramon has developed successful strategic plans; articulated realistic and inspirational visions for properties and projects; created international professional alliances; spearheaded business development efforts and led outstanding multi-talented teams to superb results.


Ramon communicates effectively in three languages: English, Spanish and Filipino. He brings the highest integrity and selflessness to every business relationship. An accomplished music composer and guitarist, he is also capable of serenading the socks off of you if you let him, particularly in celebration of a done deal.


Luigi Brandi
VP of International Business

Luigi was founder and president of Triad American Group, his exceptional international experience in Business Development and Strategy, and is a voting member of the company’s Executive Council.


As president of Triad American Group has 40+ years in International business affairs,  Luigi, 78, oversees the company’s international relationships, with his leadership and the responsibilities for 18 different  in-country operations throughout the world.


As Business Development and Strategy leader, he was responsible for analyzing and developing plans to drive the company’s growth and nurture new businesses. In this capacity, he coordinates the company’s corporate development function, with responsibility for acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, equity investments and joint ventures.


Luigi has held the International position since the 1990's and reassumed the Business Development and Strategy role in 2012, having held the post from 2012 to Present.


Luigi joined Global Green Innovation Group  when the company acquired Green Product Resources business in 2014. At that time, Luigi still runs Triad American Group as president of International Business were he continues to create businesses opportunities around the world in many different countries.
